Sauternes Cask Finish

Sauternes is a French sweet wine, and these barriques have been specially selected from the most famous and ancient sweet wine growing region in France.

Quarter Cask Finish

A quarter cask is a quarter of the size of the ASB. They have a significantly higher ratio of wood-to-liquid than most standard casks which in turn accelerate the maturation process. Quarter casks are most effective with more robust spirits as they accelerate the maturation process!

Amarone Cask Finish

Amarone is an Italian Red Wine from the wine-growing region Valpolicella within Veneto and is the highest class of the possible quality distinction and is one of the best Wines from Italy.

Port Cask Finish

The Port Wine is the Portuguese version of the Sherry Wine. It is a grape juice that has been fermented and then fortified with distilled grape spirit.
