KILCHOMAN 100% ISLAY 15TH EDITION – A single‑farm, single‑malt whisky: All barley is grown, malted, distilled, matured and bottled on Islay. Matured in 54 ex‑bourbon barrels for a minimum of nine years, no added colour, non‑chill filtered. Peat level around ~20 ppm (so relatively moderate peat for an Islay malt). Bottled at 50%.

KILCHOMAN 100% ISLAY SHERRY CASK MATURED – 100% Islay Sherry Cask Matured – 11 Years Old. Distilled from barley harvested on Islay and matured for a minimum of 11 years in ex‑Oloroso sherry butts. Bottled at 50%.
