A punchy rendition of Kensington Dry Gin. Fresh citrus and warm spice provide a healthy punch rather than the familiar tickle. Organic juniper rightly features heavily but with less water in the bottle, the Overproof is a symphony of bold flavours in equal balance.

This recipe was developed as an experiment to see how the Kensington Dry Gin would fare at a higher ABV… and it fared bloody well. They then made the decision to distill only one batch a month, of 33 bottles… Each bottle is special.
