The hidden and widely undiscovered gem of an Islay distillery, and one of my absolute favourites, you’ll find it nestled on the eastern edge of Islay, overlooking the Sound of Islay since 1846.

One of only 3000 bottles, this was bottled to celebrate 175 years of Caol Ila. Since it’s release in February this year, this 24 year old Caol Ila sold out almost instantly as expected, and has continued to climb to over £500 on average in auction houses.
