Distilled at the LEGENDARY Bowmore distillery, this release was produced to raise a toast in the honour of David Simson who was the distillery founder (a pretty successful guy if I may say so myself!). This expression was then laid down for two decades in the No1 Vaults. It has been double matured and spent time in both Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.😮💨
